Lechatelierite is the inner glass lining of a fulgurite, a natural glass tube made by lightning striking the ground in perfect quartz sand conditions.  Holding on to a fulgurite or piece of lechatelierite, one may feel the intense energy that still resides in these amazing pieces of mother nature.
